Home Support Staff

We are looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated individuals to join our growing team. If you have a passion for supporting older adults and helping people live safely and comfortably in their own homes, we would love to hear from you.

What You Will Do

You will provide personalised support to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily routines, companionship, light household tasks, meal preparation, mobility support and general wellbeing. Your role is to help clients maintain independence, dignity and comfort.

What We’re Looking For

  • Genuine care for people and a positive attitude

  • Good communication skills

  • Reliability and professionalism

  • Experience in care is an advantage but not required

  • Training will be provided for suitable candidates
